The Small Print

The terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Please make cheques payable to “Wokingham Waterside Centre”.
  • Please pay all monies and send the application form as directed when initial contact with the centre is made. This will be at least 7 days before the course or session is to start.
  • The centres address: Wokingham Waterside Centre, Thames Valley Park Drive, Earley, Reading, Berkshire. RG6 1PQ.
  • The centre reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel the times, dates and places of sessions if the minimum numbers of applicants are not met.
  • The centre reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel the times, dates and places of sessions if river conditions are not right.
  • The centre will not accept responsibility for personal property.
  • Private boats, canoes and kayaks used for centre activities must have fixed to them, either an Environment Agency ( EA) (unpowered craft) license or a current BCU membership boat sticker, before use on the River Thames.
  • Children are to be delivered to and collected from the Centre by a responsible adult (parent or guardian).
